We do not offer refunds or cash returns on any order. Please check sizes and details before ordering, or WhatsApp us on +91 96868 83058 and we will happily help you choose.

Exchanges for genuine issues

If your order arrives with a genuine issue (for example a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or the wrong item or size sent), we will exchange it.

• Contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number.
• Please share an unboxing video and clear photos of the issue.
• The item must be unused, unwashed and returned with its original tags and packaging.
• Once we receive and check the item, we will send the replacement or an exchange of equal value.

Sale items and customised pieces cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
